Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and labels remain attached to the garments.
Generate Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Inspection and Refund
Once our tactical distribution center receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
